AyoSeru is a discovery platform for nightlife and experiences. Venue information, ratings, opening hours, events and offers are aggregated from public sources and venue partners and are provided for general guidance — always confirm details (especially prices, age limits and opening times) with the venue directly.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
You retain ownership of reviews and venue content you submit, and grant us a licence to display it on the Service. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. Venue partners confirm they are authorised to manage the venues they claim.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyoSeru is not liable for inaccuracies in listings or for your experience at any third-party venue or event.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
